The time is calculated from the moment the buyer receives the goods. Within seven days (including holidays), if we do not receive a valid, traceable and correct tracking number, we will refuse all requests from the buyer. The buyer will be responsible for all the costs.

Due to the different tax policies of various countries, if the buyer's country requires payment of taxes, the buyer must make the full payment. As sellers, we assume no responsibility.
